You must have fully implemented every item on the GetFoundByAI checklist included with your product, as intended and without material omission.

You must have completed the full implementation within the 90-day period beginning on the date of your purchase.

You must be able to demonstrate, upon our request, that the checklist was implemented in good faith (e.g., screenshots, documentation, or access to relevant accounts).

You must submit your refund request within 90 days of your original purchase date. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible.

What Constitutes "Results"

For purposes of this guarantee, "results" means measurable improvement in AI search visibility or answer engine presence attributable to the implementation of our checklist, as reasonably assessed by GetFoundByAI. We reserve the right to review your implementation and determine, in good faith, whether the checklist was fully completed as intended.

How to Submit a Refund Request

To initiate a guarantee claim, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "90-Day Guarantee Claim" and include: (1) your full name, (2) your purchase email address, (3) your order details, and (4) documentation demonstrating full checklist implementation. We will respond within 5 business days.

Exclusions

This guarantee does not apply if: the checklist was only partially implemented; implementation was not completed within the 90-day window; the refund request is submitted after the 90-day period; or the purchase was made through a third-party platform subject to that platform's own refund policy.

Outside of the 90-Day Results Guarantee, all sales are final. We do not offer discretionary refunds on digital products that have been delivered and accessed.

5. Intellectual Property
